BITCH FEST is a three-day celebration of women, queer creativity, punk, and DIY culture. Taking over The Grayston Unity from 25th–27th September, the festival brings together an incredible lineup of female-fronted punk and riot grrrl bands, vinyl DJ sets, and screenings of influential riot grrrl documentaries.
At its heart, BITCH FEST is about creating space.
The punk scene has always been shaped by women and LGBTQ+ people, yet too often their voices have been overlooked. BITCH FEST exists to celebrate those voices, champion emerging and established female and queer artists, and create an environment where people can perform, connect, and express themselves without fear of discrimination or exclusion.
Inspired by the spirit of the riot grrrl movement, this festival is built on community, inclusivity, and mutual support. Whether you’re a lifelong punk, discovering the scene for the first time, or simply looking for a welcoming community, you’ll find a space where individuality is celebrated and everyone is encouraged to be unapologetically themselves.
