Eva Kiss is an up-and-coming grunge artist from West Yorkshire. With a soulful yet gritty set of vocal cords, she explores themes of sorrow, spirituality, love and loss, with her narrative-driven songwriting. Having grown up Queer in an unaccepting faith, Miss Kiss offers a unique storytelling perspective in her music. As she takes the stage, she transforms into an energetic character that complements her band’s thrashing riffs and banging heads. She is proud, interactive, and unapologetic. Onstage, Eva Kiss plays alongside 5 incredibly talented and dedicated musicians who help bring Eva’s vision and music to life. The band recalls notes of 90s Grunge, taking inspiration from Nirvana, PJ Harvey, and SoundGarden. Her upcoming single “Hands In The Dark” features a 3 minute long instrumental which showcases the talent and skill within her band. Her discography includes moving piano ballads such as “Dreamland”, which, when performed live, transforms into a gritty, moody, blues track. The singer also uses much heavier sounds in her songs such as “Heaven”, which includes a punching bass line and overdriven guitars that compliment her soft yet powerful voice. Eva Kiss is a talent not to be missed, her natural gift for writing paired with her catchy melodies is surely a recipe for success.
